Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • to enquire about or commission writing or editing services
  • as a client or collaborator during a project

  • through professional networks or publicly available information when looking for new clients, or updating client records if my original contact has left the organisation
  • through mutual contacts with legitimate reason to share your details, such as to advance a project or when making a recommendation.


I use the information that you have given me in order to:

  • invoice for my services


I will share information that appears on invoices with Dext accounting solutions and Seamount Accountancy during preparation of my annual accounts.

How I store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

I keep your name and contact details for a period of six years after you cease being a customer. I will then delete your information from my systems.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask me to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask me to complete information you think is incomplete.
